This is in regards to what would happen if this were to take place…if the economy were to collapse di u think that it would be complete and total chaos to the point where ppl wld start using guns to defend there property ..i mean i know we had the great depression but now it seems like ppl have much more to lose at this day in age and is there any possibility that this could happen in the near future..i keep hearing a few of my relatives bring this up and i have no idea y…i tht our economy was ok now

We had one of the worst economic recessions since 1929… in 2008. Unemployment skyrocketed, the stock market sank, the housing/construction sector collapsed. Our economy is doing better now, but it's continuing well being is relying on a solution being brought about in the fiscal cliff. I don't want to get political. I just think republicans have it all wrong and most of the country thinks the same (according to recent polling).
