Its getting ridiculous

Summary:

As we come up to the 21st December, the end of the world thing is getting out of hand, ive heard kids who are terrified because of this, its scaring me now im 34. people are saying dont trust Nasa asking why they brought a video out, saying Nasa know somthing. :(

Need these videos of You Tube, why cant you Tube ban end of the world videos? my kids and myself are frightend, I Trust in what Nasa are saying, but why are people questioning why nasa brought out a video named "Why the world didnt end yesterday". I just want to look forward to Christmas. I hate these end of the world videos. Im going out of my mind. :(

Nasa has been receiving thousands of emails and questions about 2012 so they have been getting more involved with debunking it, its not a cover up. Best thing to do is for you to stay away from watching those youtube videos and avoid the comment sections, its full of stupid people. Read the stuff on the left and it will help your fears, And also the proponents section and read about the people who are spreading this junk, Just relax and look forward to Christmas and beyond :)

your right im going to start coming on here more often, what a society my kids have to live in though, i want my kids tp grow up have a decent education and live life normal, why cant you tube ban these videos or remove them? I dont understand.

Not sure on banning em. I was a nervous wreck when i was a teenager and i wasn't even getting on youtube. Just tell the kids that scientists and real experts aren't busy making youtube videos (besides the Nasa Videos), Those people are clueless and delusional most of the time. Read through the forums when you get a chance too, A lot of people with the same fears and their questions have been answered many times.

Youtube -Comment sections-History channel= Stupidness that makes people a nervous wreck.

The David Morrison videos I have seen on you tube, i have searched David Morrison, I trust in him, ive started reading through. Its starting to put my mind to ease a lot more this site, why dont Nasa reply to comments on You tube, or infact face book sites though, I have seen people post on the International space staiton page on face book and nasa dont reply.

David Morrison does reply to some of the comments on his YouTube videos. But you have to remember that he's a professional scientist and has a job to do, other than dealing with doomsday claims. Some of us from this site (bugbait42, obaeyens, ThreeFangCat and myself to name but a few) take it upon ourselves to patrol these videos and counteract some of the more stupid comments and indeed Dr. Morrison has thanked us for this.

I have never tried either, I expected they would of of commented and answered questions though, but this site sees to have a lot of well educated people on it, and what i have started to read is settling me down more.

Good coz, i was saying that on my you tube comments, that i trust in nasa more, i found this site on a fb comment. So glad I did now. I will be back on later to talk to every one here, thank you for letting me find sane people like yourself odo77 :)
