The point for me isn't so much to get plastered, just to unwind and put a long week behind me, and unwind to what I suspect is going to be an awesome 2013. :)

I bought one but I've been too tied up with helping my daughter with her illness and subsequent blindness that I haven't taken the time to open it up and learn how to use it. I've spent 4 1/2 months total out of the last 16 months here in the house I bought last year. Once Friday is past, maybe I can actually start getting unpacked and settled in…and try out my Wacom tablet!
Actually this whole semester I've been doing everything digitally with a Wacom. They are a blast. If you need graphic program suggestions just let me know.

Yes, actually I do. I have no idea what graphics program to use. I had one on my other computer but it was killed by lightning this summer and with everything that's been happening, I've forgotten what program I had on there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Alene, What kind of graphic work are you looking to do?
They are really great if you do any digital compositing work as I do. You absolutely have to have one then.
I have one for my office that I use, but want one for home too instead of just taking the one back and forth.
