I recommend people to stop reading the forums.
It will do nothing but scare you.
The moon was fine. I live in Florida as well, and was able to see it just fine, all night. Stop acting irrationally.

I'm so sorry, it was in the northeastern part of the sky wasn't it?. Here's the thing, I was just walking off 3rd and broadway on my way from the Olive Garden on 5th, I get carried away with the salad bar, always overdue it on the eggs. They alway cut right through my digestive. Long story short, what you saw was the dust and fibers of a darn good pair of calvin kleins. temp was around 66 last night so I used extra starch on the jeans, clean blew a 4-7 inch patch right out the back of me pants. It got foggy for a good 10 to 12 min tops.
unlimited breadsticks and bottomless salad bowl!!!!!
If you are having trouble focusing on the moon, it is not because the moon has a problem, it is because you have a problem. If you meant that the moon does not look normal, then it could easily be explained by atmospheric conditions. Also, where was the moon in relation to the horizon? Depending on where the moon was in its transit could also explain how it looked. But again, if you were having trouble focusing, that is on you, not the moon.
1) your eye sight is deteriorating
2) gases / atmospheric condition can blur your perception of the moon.
(Almost like something blocking your vision between u and the moon)
3) Ofcourse you knew that our atmosphere can contribute to many things right? Such that as making the moon appear blue on rare occasions, hence "once a blue moon" lol.
I remember 2 months ago. When the moon had a amazing looking Aura around it.
It was scary at first. Until my girlfriend said it was a Halo and happens often.
This planet has way to many cool things to be destroyed.
That's because it's actually just a projection and the real moon was destroyed years ago.
I live in FL, too. I looked at the moon, but didn't stare at it. It looked normal to me!
Oh, and I looked at it when it was setting I the west.
