You have to remember: NASA does not have the monopoly on space. They're not the only ones that can see what's out there. If they did hide something they'd be immediately called out on it by the numerous universities, observatories, amateur astronomers, etc. who can also see what's there.
Even if they were to lie about what, a planet, an asteroid? You can't quite hide that. There are a lot of astronomers in this world that have nothing to do with NASA that can see things like that and would be all over it, yelling it to everybody.
“In all matters of opinion, our adversaries are insane.” - Oscar Wilde
I don't believe they will, besides, if something were of interest to us, there are 1000s upon 1000s of astronomers around the globe that would certainly spot that, and track its movements, and there are universities that control telescopes as well, so as you can see, even if NASA were to lie (they won't), someone else wouldn't, and the word will still spread around.
No, NASA would never lie to us. NASA has told us about the increase in solar flares that is set to happen in 2013. Doomtards have even come up with their own acronym:

I don't see how NASA could lie about or cover up anything space related even if they wanted to. There are many other space agencies, universities, observatories, and astronomers (professional and amateur) all over the world. Short of encasing the whole earth in a massive hollow sphere, I don't see how they could hide the night sky from everyone.
Also, what would be the point? I don't even see any plausible motive for trying to hide a celestial object.
That was my point. Photons are light. So you're asking if the Earth being bathed in pure light would result in a blackout. When you switch the light on in your room, does it get darker in there?
And having read it, it's exactly what I suspected - complete drivel.
Photonic belt (debunked), 3 days of darkness (debunked), baseless claims that NASA confirmed the idea (uh, no), claims that this is what the Mayan calendar predicts (it doesn't predict anything) and then finally calling it a planetary alignment - so is it a "photonic belt" or an alignment? Seems the guy can't decide.
Absolutely nothing of any substance or credibility, ignore it.
Freaking pathetic, you know what's a load of sh*t? People claiming December 23, the end of the world. I'm getting sick of these predictions. I'm just going to sit back and laugh my a** off at these claims for now.
